Sydney Light Rail — Light rail services are operated by Transdev Sydney on behalf of Transport for NSW. The light rail network provides a unique public transport service to the people of Sydney, linking Central Station and Sydney’s Inner Western Suburbs via Haymarket, Pyrmont, Glebe and Rozelle. Sydney Fish Markets, The Star Casino, Darling Harbour and Chinatown are all easily accessible by Light Rail.

The light rail network has two zones. Light rail tickets are available for either zone or both zones, as a single or return:

Zone 1 Central to Convention (Darling Harbour) — Central Station – Capitol Square – Paddy’s Markets – Exhibition Centre (Darling Harbour) – Convention (Darling Harbour).

Zone 2 Pyrmont Bay to Lilyfield: Pyrmont Bay (Darling Harbour) – (The Star hotel and casino) – John Street Square – Fish Market – Wentworth Park – Glebe – Jubilee Park – Rozelle Bay – Lilyfield

Ticket prices range from A$3.60 (adult – zone 1 or zone 2 single; $5.00 round trip) to A$4.60 (adult – zone 1 + zone 2 single; A$6.20 round trip), to A$23 for a weekly pass. See the following page for a more detailed fare breakdown:
