Signature dishes there include: Hiramasa kingfish sashimi ginger, with eschallot and Persian feta; Organic egg omelette of blue swimmer crab meat, with enoki mushroom & herb salad, and miso mustard broth; and Pan fried potato gnocchi with corn, asparagus, zucchini, Parmesan, and lemon thyme.
